Cancellation Policy

1. Project Agreement

Once a website development contract is signed and work begins, the project is considered in progress.


2. Cancellation Before Project Start

If you wish to cancel before work begins, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. No cancellation fees apply if no work has been started.


3. Cancellation After Project Start

  • Because website projects typically proceed quickly, cancellations after work begins are subject to charges reflecting the work completed and resources allocated.

  • If you cancel after project start, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable costs.


4. Delivery and Final Payment

  • Upon project completion and delivery, payment is due according to the contract terms.

  • Once the final website files or live site are delivered, cancellations or refunds are not possible.


5. Modifications and Delays

  • If you request significant changes or extensions, additional costs or deadlines may apply, detailed in a separate agreement.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content provision) may impact delivery timelines.


6. WPweb365 Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or pause projects due to unforeseen circumstances, with notification and refund or alternative arrangements offered where applicable.
